When will the NY Times ever learn?

When will people on here ever learn. The NYT tries the administrations way----try dumbing people down---. Too many people are already involved in educating themselves(but not reading the NYT) about whats going on around them.

The liberal Times makes a retraction. Yawn. They have become mistake prone clowns and a caricature of a news org.

It must be difficult for the folks at the NT Times to watch the success of FNC at a time when their subcriber base is dwindling and their jobs are all at risk and FOX is growing by leaps and bounds.
    Really must suck.

"bigger ratings gains than those of its rivals"

Lesson for the NYT: People are not interested in the news from the extreme left.

What has happened to this site? It was once -- briefly -- a forum for industry professionals, but the comments are now dominated 100-to-1 by enraged political partisans so overheated that they seem like parodies. Note to TVNewser: you'll continue to lose credibility and readers if you allow puerile attacks like this to essentially take over your article comments day after day. Let readers vote comments down as well as up, make the best-rated comments view the default, and don't be afraid to ban commenters if they continually post nothing but partisan diatribes unrelated to the article in question.

Oops my ass. The Times does this daily and hopes no one will call them on it, if they do then a retraction or correction is run at a later date. But the Times readers who read the originial story probably did not read the correction and the Times has once again distorted the news. What a sham!
